How to clear CACHE

1. Go into the Control Panel and double-click the Java Icon. (looks like a coffee cup)
2. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click the Settings button.
3. Next, click on the Delete Files button
4. There are two options in the window to clear the cache - Leave BOTH Checked
• Applications and Applets
• Trace and Log Files
5. Click OK on Delete Temporary Files Window
   Note: This deletes ALL the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the CACHE.
6. Click OK to leave the Temporary Files Window
7. Click OK to leave the Java Control Panel.

How to check your java version

Visit the following site to test java version on your machine:

It’ll show the version of their java in a pink rectangle.

How to upgrade your java to the newest version

The most recent kava is Version 6 Update 29, if  you don’t see it, you can visit java website to download the newest version here:
